Included with your first session: 1) Setup of a live remote screen sharing session, and 2) Discussion of your goals. Initial assessments take about 15 minutes. You have no obligation to go ahead with tutoring.
Ed uses Zoho Assist for remote access. Zoho Assist is a secure small app that removes itself at the end of each session. A trusted friend or relative is always welcome to attend the call with you. Recording of calls is available upon request.
Yes, if your computer problem can be used as the basis of a practical tutoring lesson. Feel free to call Ed for a brief free assessment.
Ed provides tutoring for desktop and laptop computers running the Windows operating system. Ed may provide guidance with Apple and Android smartphones and tablets as needed to help you maximize certain online services, such as using Zoom for video calls on both a laptop and smartphone.
Ed offers computer tutoring at $50/hour. Partial hours are billed in 1/10 hour increments. At the conclusion of your session, Ed will email you an invoice via PayPal, and you may pay with any payment card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.). An account with PayPal is not required. Payment is due upon completion of your session. There is no charge if you are not 100% satisfied!

No, Ed can help you reduce the risk of getting scammed. Ed has passed two criminal background checks as part of earning state professional licenses, which are available upon request.
